We currently employ individuals at a variety of levels with opportunity for caring person with a minimum of a high school education or equivalent to those with advanced college degrees. We have individuals working in the group homes, case coordinators who work with clients in the community, therapists who work with clients individually and in groups, as well as, a number of clerical/business positions. Full time employees are entitled to a number of benefits which include: 59% subsidy for health insurance, free dental insurance, and a generous package of sick, personal, and vacation days.
