Presidential Commision advovates an overhaul of the mental health system.

President's New Freedom Commission on Mental Health published its findings on the need transform the existing mental health system. The report stresses increased public understanding of the significance of metal illness, the need to address disparities in the existing system, early screening for mental illness and development of effective treatments.
